Basics Skillwork: 3 Combo Reps
Level 1/2: 10 Muscle-ups or perform muscle-up progression

All Levels
EMOTM Circuit:
Work 1:00 / Rest 1:00 forĀ 5 Rounds.
Count your combo reps for each round.
1 combo rep will consist of: 1 Indian Sit-up + 1 Burpee + 1 Box Jump @ 20/16″

Score is equal to all of your combo reps added together multiplied by the combo reps of your best round.
(Example – 5 rounds of: 8,10,10,10,13 = 51×13 = 663)

Practice one or more of the following: Climbing wall traverse, 15′ rope climb, 12′ Wall, Monkey bars.
