On Wednesday wear your costumes to the 6:30pm and 7:30pm classes.
You have to be able to workout in it!
After the 7:30pm class we will all head over to the Chipotle located at Roosevelt Rd and County Farm Rd next to the Target.
If you’re wearing a costume you can get a burrito or bowl for $2.

So come join us for a great workout, some fun and good food!


Basics Skillwork: Lying Leg Twists, B.O.M.B. throws
Level 1/2: Warm-up to do a max height box jump. Keep going until you fail 2x at a given height.
