Basics Skillwork: Back Squat, Ft. Squat, OHS
Level 1/2 Strength: Back Squat 1×15 @ 45#, 2×8 @ 50%, 5-3-1+
Level 1/2 Endurance: Row 2k

Level 1/2
Warm-up for OHS. Attempt to perform a set of 15 OHS with the highest weight possible. The set is to be 15 continious reps w/o the bar coming out of the OH position. Once you’ve done a set 0f 15 at max weight, then do 2 more sets of 15 at 80-90% of the max weight set. There is no time component, so rest between sets.

Work on Back Squat, Ft. Squat, OHS with some weight.
