Basics Skillwork: Kettlebell Swings, Pull-up Progression, Double-unders

Level 1/2: 250 Double-Unders for time. If you can’t do double-unders, then just practice doing them.

Level 2
For time do all of the following:
Climb 15′ rope w/o using feet
Then do 3 rounds of:
     15 Front Squats, 95#/65#
     10 SDHP, 95#/65#
     5 Snatch, 95#/65#
Climb 15′ rope w/o using feet
(Use only one bar. All three exercises should be set at same weight.)

Level 1
For time do all of the following:
