Basics Skillwork: Sledgehammer swings

Level 1/2: Straight-leg Deadlift 1×20 @ 45 lbs. / 8-8-8 (Work on range of motion. Increase flexibility on the hamstrings, but be careful to not overload. Ensure proper midline stabilization.
