Basics Skillwork: Deadlift
Level 1/2 Strength: Deadlift 2×10 @ 50-60%, 3-3-3+
Level 1/2 Endurance: Run 400m, Row 500m, Run 400m

Level 1/2
Five rounds for time of:
15 Walking lunge steps, carrying a 95 pound barbell in the front rack position
30 Double-unders

Five rounds for time of:
100 Yard Farmer carry of 35# KB or 35# DBs
30 Double-unders or 120 Singles

Our kids classes start this week. This session runs for 8 weeks until the week of Nov. 5-9. Our classes are as follows:

Tuesday and Thursday at 2:30pm-3:30pm
Wednesday and Friday at 2:30pm-3:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30pm-5:30pm
Wednesday and Friday at 4:30pm-5:30pm
