Basics Skillwork: Rope Climb
Level 1/2 Strength: Bench Press 2×8 @ 50-60%, 3-3-3+
Level 1/2 Endurance: Row 2k

Level 1/2
Four rounds for time of:
15 foot Rope climb, 3 ascents / 12′ Wall Climb, 3 ascents (Alternate between these)
30 Push-ups
30 Sit-ups

Four rounds for time of:
15 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
30 Sit-ups

Our kids classes start today. This session runs for 8 weeks until the week of Nov. 5-9. Our classes are as follows:

Tuesday and Thursday at 2:30pm-3:30pm
Wednesday and Friday at 2:30pm-3:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30pm-5:30pm
Wednesday and Friday at 4:30pm-5:30pm
