Level 1/2 Strength: Back Squat 2×10 @ 50-60%, 5-5-5+
Level 1/2 Endurance: Row 2k

Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps

Basics
Work on the three squats, i.e. Back Squat, Front Squat and OH Squat.
Start w/ PVC, then work-up to some wt.
