Death by Pull-ups
Perform 1 Pull-up the 1st minute, 2 the 2nd minute, 3 the 3rd minute and so on until you can not complete the required number for that minute. Your score is the number of minutes completed plus the number of pull-ups completed during the failed minute.
Those that cannot perform at least 10 unassisted pull-ups, perform 6 sets of 5 pull-ups with the minimum amount of assistance from a band.
