Level 1/2 Strength: Shoulder Press – 3×8 @ 50-60%, 5-3-1+
Level 1/2 Endurance: 250 Double-unders or 1,000 Singles

Level 1/2
Clean & Jerk 3-3-3-3-3-3

Work on learning the clean & jerk
Practice deadlift
Practice clean
Practice jerk
Then put it all together with light weight
