Level 1/2 Strength: Press 2×8 @ 45-55%, 3-3-3+, then immediately after your 3+ push-press same wt. for 3 more reps.

Basics
Practice the power clean with some wt.
The are 3 essential components to fitness:
- Diet
- Exercise
- Rest
Diet – At the most basic level eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.
Exercise – Do CrossFit and other sports 4-6 times per week.
Rest – Get sufficient sleep and manage stress. Make sure you get 1-2 recovery days per week.
Quality is of utmost importance in a good diet. You want to eat food that is as close as possible to its natural state. Avoid processed food as much as possible. Avoid genetically modified food (GMO), pesticides, and any other additives. Eat organic as much as possible.
