Basics Skillwork: HSPU, T2B
Level 1/2 Strength: Deadlift 1×15 @ 40-50%, 1×8 @ 55-65%, 3-3-3+
Level 1/2 Endurance: Row 2k
Level 2 Skillwork: Practice a couple of inverted hangs before the WOD.

Level 2
5 Rounds for time:
HSPU 20 reps
Inverted Hang on Rings 20 reps*
Run 400m
*Chalk up – Don’t want hands slipping and anyone ending up on their head!
Don’t try Level 2 unless you can do level 1 w/o any modification, i.e. all the toes 2 bar are full range of motion.

Level 1
5 Rounds for time:
HSPU 20 reps
Toes 2 Bar 20 reps
Run 400m

5 Rounds for time
Push-ups 20 reps
Leg lifts (Feet do a complete 180 degree arc, i.e. all the way over the head)
Run 400m

The inverted hang on the rings.
