Level 1/2 Endurance: Run 400m, Rest 2:00, Run 200m, Rest 1:00, Sprint 100m, Rest 0:30, Sprint 50m

For time 15 rounds of:
Power snatch followed immediately by five overhead squats.
Start light and add weight.
Basics
For time 15 rounds of:
10 Squat
5 Push-ups
Do full range of motion on both squats and push-ups.
