Basics Skillwork: Strict press, push press, jerk
Level 1/2 Strength: Strict shoulder press 1×10 @ 50-55%, 1×8 @ 60%, 5-3-1+
Level 1/2 Endurance: Run 3 x 200m. Rest 1:00 between runs.

Level 1/2
Front squat 2-2-2-2-2-2 reps

Work on developing the mechanics of theĀ front squat. Do some with moderate wt.
Those who can’t do full squats while keeping weight on heels should practice box squats w/ no weight.

Then all levels do:
100 Sit-ups with a medicine ball
