115 pound Split snatch, alternating legs, 8 reps
7 Bar muscle-ups
Run 400 meters

WOD Level 1
Three rounds for time of:
95 pound push press, 8 reps
7 Chest to bar pull-ups
7 Ring dips
Run 400 meters

WOD Basics
Three rounds for time of:
45 pound strict press, 8 reps
14 Pull-ups
Run 400 meters

The run may be substituted by a 400m row if you have problems running.
