Basics Skillwork: Deadlift
Level 1/2 Strength: Deadlift 1×20 @ 30-40%, 1×10 @ 40-50%, 5-5-5+
Level 1/2 Endurance: Run a bit to adequately warm-up (Don’t neglect this!!!) – Run 400m for time two times w/ 1:30 rest between runs.
