Basics Skillwork: Bench Press
Level 1/2 Strength: Bench 1×15 @ 40-50%, 2×8 @ 50-60%, 5-5-5+
Level 1/2 Endurance: Run 1.5 miles for time (to church, 8 laps, and back).

All Levels
10 rounds, each for time of:
15 Hand release Push-ups (Level 2 = Chest clap / Level 1 = Clapping)
Sprint 60 meters
Rest 60 seconds

60m = From garage door entrance to rocks and back.
