Basics Skillwork: Squats, Pull-up (Set-up proper band if needed)
Level 1/2: Traverse climbing wall 2x (Do this after Angie)

All levels

For Time Complete all reps of each exercise before moving to the next.

  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 100 Push-ups
  • 100 Sit-ups
  • 100 Squats

If you are new to CrossFit (less than a month), then strongly consider doing either 50 or 75 reps of each exercise versus 100.
