Basics Skillwork: Medicine Ball Squat Cleans
Level 1/2 Strength: Deadlift 1×20 @ 33%, 1×12 @50-60%, 5-3-1+
Level 1/2 Endurance: 2 x 50m at 80% to warm-up (exaggerate movements here and there to ensure calves, achilles, hamstrings are nice and ready for running fast!), then Run 50m, 100m, 200m and 400m for time. Rest 30 seconds in between sprints/runs.

Level 2
21-15-9 reps for time of:
Hang squat clean, 45 pound dumbbells / W=30#
Handstand push-up

Level 1
21-15-9 reps for time of:
Hang squat clean, 95 lb. barbell / W=65#
Handstand push-up
