Level 1/2: 5-3-1 Strength Program Cycle Week 3 – Squat 5-3-1+

All levels
AMRAP 15:00

5 squat Jumps to Strict Pull-up (Bar should be 6″ above one-arm reach)
10 burpees
5 clapper push-ups
10 yard dash
