1:00 Sit-ups, 1 point per
1:00 Hand release Push-ups, 1 point per
1:00 10 Yard Dashes, 2 points per 10 Yard Dashes
1:00 Skier Jumps, 1 Point per 2 jumps (Set up a bar with plates. Jump side to side over bar.)
1:00 MB Chest Pass, 1 Point  M-14#/W-10# (Be at least 4′ from wall. Ball does not have to bounce off floor.)
1:00 Rest
