Level 1/2: 5-3-1 Strength Program – Bench 5-5-5+
All Levels
For time:
30-22-14-6
Burpees
Pull-ups
Then: 800m Run
Go straight from the Burpees and Pull-ups to the 800m run. No rest in between. Your time includes the run.
Don’t neglect a proper cool down after the WOD. Stretch, use the rollers, hydrate, refuel, etc.
