Basics

Five rounds for max reps of:
Push-ups
Pull-ups

Each round of push-ups consists of the max number of reps you can do. The push-ups start once you are just on your hands and toes. You are done once your hands or toes move from the push-up position or another body part touches the ground (except when the chest briefly touches the ground at the bottom of the push-up). You are done with the pull-ups once you come off the bar. No time limit on this workout, though you should keep it to a max of 1-2 minutes of rest between exercises and 2-3 minutes of rest between rounds.

Congratulations Lisa on your 1st unassisted pull-up last week!
