Skillwork: Pull-up Progression, Double-unders

WOD All Levels

1) Death by Pull-up – Do 1 Pull-up in the 1st minute, do 2 Pull-ups in the 2nd minute, 3 in the 3rd minute and so on until you fail to complete the required number of Pull-ups in that minute. Your score is the total number of minutes completed + the number of pull-ups done in the failed minute.

2) For time: 50-40-30-20-10 of Double-unders and sit-ups.
