Skillwork: Deadlift, Press, Back Squat
Level 1/2
“CrossFit Total”
Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep
You may make 3 consecutive attempts at a 1RM of each exercise listed above after warming up. Once you’ve warmed up, you then begin with your three attempts. Your total score is the sum of your maximum successful lift of each exercise. There is no time component to this WOD.
Basics
Back squat 5-5-5
Shoulder Press 5-5-5
Deadlift 5-5-5
Warm-up and then use moderate wt. for each of the three sets. Focus more on proper mechanics than attempting to lift heavy weight.
