Skillwork: Clean, Bench press, OHS

Level 1/2

Clean, 1 rep
Bench press, 1 rep
Overhead squat, 1 rep

Clean is from the ground, power or squat.
You may make 3 consecutive attempts at a 1RM of each exercise listed above after warming up. Once you’ve warmed up, you then begin with your three attempts. Your total score is the sum of your maximum successful lift of each exercise. (Make sure you have a spotter for the Bench Press.) There is no time component to this WOD.

OHS 5-5-5

Clean is from the ground, power or squat.
Warm-up and then use moderate wt. for each of the three sets. Focus more on proper mechanics than attempting to lift heavy weight.
