Year-end Bash Obstacle Course Race
Athletes will do a joint warm-up and receive a joint course overview starting at 9:00am.
Athletes will have a chance to practice some of the obstacles from 9:20am to 9:45am. The obstacle course is run individually with 1 minute spacings, i.e. each participant starts 1 minute apart. We can scale/adapt the course as needed, but of course honors will go to those who complete it as rx’d. If an athlete catches up to another athlete, then the athlete that is being passed must make way for the other athlete. Each athlete gets two attempts at each obstacle. A missed obstacle will incur a 2 minute penalty added onto final time. These rules and others will be fully explained at the event. We will start running athletes through the course starting at 9:45am. We will not start athletes after 10:45am.
Hot beverages and H2O will be provided to all participants and guests. Friends and family are welcome to just come, watch and of course cheer you on!
