Deadlift with some weight. Do one set of 10 w/ low weight
relatively fast while really focusing on proper mechanics.

Level 2

Seven rounds for time of:
205 pound Clean, 3 reps
4 Ring handstand push-ups

Level 1

Seven rounds for time of:
185 pound Clean, 3 reps
6 handstand push-ups

Basics

Seven rounds for time of:
Medicine Ball Squat Clean, 10 reps
45# Push Press, 10 reps
