Squat 3-3-3+
Skill work
Back squat, Front Squat and OH Squat.
Do some Front Squats with weight.
Then all levels do
Five rounds for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood (55 lbs)
40 Double-unders (or 150 singles)
