5 Rounds for time of:
10 Burpee box jumps, 24″ box
95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 10 reps
95 pound Thruster, 10 reps
(Basics use PVC, but do 30 reps on SDHP and Thruster
Skill work: Front squat, push press, thruster, and SDHP
Extra-credit: 1 set of max strict pull-ups. Come off the bar and your done.
