Rx+: 3 position clean will consist of Hang Squat-Power-Squat Clean. Also, the 400m Run time must be under 1:45 each round.
Rx: 3 position clean will consist of Hang Power-Power-Hang Power. Also, the 400m Run time must be under 2:05 each round.
