    Work on Strict Strength
    Do one set @ 30% of max reps, REST
    one set @ 50% of max. REST
    one set @ 65% of max, REST
    one set @ 75% of max, REST
  • Wt. Pull-ups
    2-2-2-2-2-2-2
    Start Light, build up incrementally with plenty of rest.

WOD

5 Rounds, For Time

  • Run 200m (1 lap)
  • 12 Goblet Squats
  • 12 Ring Rows

Rx+: 55/35# KB, Feet out, chest under rings
Rx: 35/25# KB, Feet under rings
Stagger start times or lower M/U rings for more ring row spots.
