Week 2

On Fridays and Saturdays during the CrossFit Open we will be doing the Open WOD. We will also be offering an alternate WOD on those days for those that don’t want to repeat it or simply want to do something different. The CrossFit Open is a great worldwide phenomenon. Regardless of experience or skill level, the Open has something for everyone. Have fun!

Specialty Class

Family WOW! – 10am – 11am
We will be running a modified version of the Open WOD for the whole family. Kids have a blast being able to participate in something broadcast worldwide on TV/Internet.

CrossFit Open WOD 18.2 and 18.2a

For time (12:00 CAP)

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 of

  • Dumbbell Squats
  • Barbell Facing Burpees

Then 1 max Clean


[Alternate WOD if you have done 18.2]
5:00 AMRAPs w/ 5:00 Rest in between
Start on any AMRAP, then go in order.
