Switch after 1 team member does a 1 Lap KB Waiter Carry

Rx+: 45/30# DBs, 30/24″ Box + 55/35# KB carry
Rx: 35/20# DBs, 24/20″ Box + 35/25# KB carry
Line the inner perimeter of the indoor lap with boxes to mark the route and keep teammates doing the reps out of the running path.
Each lap counts as a “Round” (no partial credit). So score is laps + rounds of WOD + Xtra reps of WOD.
