Just WOD today. Lot’s of skillwork and strength there! We look forward to seeing one of our athletes fully get the front lever soon! We’re already seeing some incredible progress on this extremely difficult gymnastics movement.

WOD

6 Rounds of:

  • Front Lever Attempt
  • 6 Wt’d Dips or Banded Dips
  • 3 Tempo Ring Row (5151)
  • Max Hollow Hold (up to to :30)
  • Max Pistol Squats on 1 leg (Alt. which leg each round)

Tempo: 5151 :05 pulling up, :01 hold, :05 let out, :01 hold
Good Hollow Hold: Keep your Shoulder Blades off the ground and a posterior pelvis tilt.
