Tuesday – 10 min. AMRAP w/ Rope Climb & Power Cleans / Bench Press.
Wednesday – Rope Climb / “DG” Hero WOD.
Thursday – 15 min. Partner AMRAP w/ Rowing, Rope Climb, DB Snatches & DB Lunges.
Friday –  “Mama Wants a New Kitchen Sink” – This one has a bit of everything.
Saturday – Power Snatch / 16.3.

Elements WODs
Great for beginners and advanced CrossFitters alike.
(Note: These WODs can also be done as an alternate during our regular classes as well. These WODs focus more on body weight movements, light weights, no barbells, and are more cardio focused.)

Monday – 20 min. AMRAP w/ Jump Rope, Row, Bike & KBS.
Tuesday – Intervals of Step-ups, DB Thrusters & Ball Slams.
Wednesday – 16 min. AMRAP w/ Leg lifts, Wall Ball & Lunges.
Thursday – 20 min. AMRAP w/ Bike, DB Snatches & DB Squats.
Friday – Scaled version of “Mama Wants a New Kitchen Sink” – This one has a bit of everything.
Saturday – No Elements on Saturdays.
